Lydia Maruwasa is a woman of faith, purpose, and passion, deeply committed to nurturing relationships, empowering the youth, and strengthening marriages. Her life’s journey has been marked by experiences that have drawn her into a profound relationship with Christ, shaping her into the mentor, encourager, and change agent she is today.
Having encountered God’s transformative power first hand, Lydia has developed a burning desire to support and uplift women, particularly in the realm of marriage and family life. She believes that when women are rooted in Christ, awakened to their full potential, and equipped with godly wisdom, they become unstoppable forces for change within their homes, communities, and beyond.

Estelle is a trailblazer in our generation, a forensic accountant, former executive, and seasoned entrepreneur with over 18 years in corporate and nine years in business. Her depth of experience allows her to inspire professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs to achieve higher success. A dynamic leader, she served on the Presidential High-Level Panel on the Namibian Economy and sits on multiple public and private sector boards. Recognised for her impact, she received the Trailblazer Award (2018) and was inducted into the Namibian Business Hall of Fame (2022). She is the visionary behind E-merge Coaching and the bestselling author of Breaking Barriers, which sold over 4,221 copies and was featured on a Times Square billboard.

Dr Nellie Longwe Kangwa is a transformational leader, entrepreneur, and expert in social, business, and personal development. A Master Executive and Relationship Coach, as well as a Master NLP Practitioner, she empowers leaders to reach their full potential. As an international speaker and strategist, she specializes in conflict resolution, leadership training, and transformative change.
She is the founder and CEO of Project Life Design Group Ltd, Women In the Marketplace (WIM), and co-founder of Liberty In Christ Ministries and Liberty Bootcamp. She also established Gifted Hands Centre, a school providing academic and entrepreneurial skills for disadvantaged youth. Dr. Kangwa serves as Senior Vice President of Flexylearn International, a shareholder in Subset Global Ltd., and country representative for Trinity Girls Network.
